FUEL PUMP SHUT-OFF
Intheeventofamoderatetoseverecollision,thisvehicleisequipped
withafuelpumpshut-offfeaturethatstopstheflowoffueltothe
engine.Noteveryimpactwillcauseashut-off.
Note:Ifyourvehiclehasthepushbuttonstartsystem,pressthe
stop/startbuttontwicetoreactivatethefuelsystem.
Shouldyourvehicleshutoffafteracollisionduetothisfeature,youmay
restartyourvehiclebydoingthefollowing:

FUSES AND RELAYS
Fuses
Ifelectricalcomponentsinthe
vehiclearenotworking,afusemay
haveblown.Blownfusesare
identifiedbyabrokenwirewithin
thefuse.Checktheappropriate
fusesbeforereplacinganyelectrical
components.

Note:Alwaysreplaceafusewithonethathasthespecifiedamperage
rating.Usingafusewithahigheramperageratingcancauseseverewire
damageandcouldstartafire.
