softkeymaybesetonapersonalshortcut
oraccessedviatheExtraFeaturessoft
key.Selectthedayforwhichyouwantto
setaprogrammeorselectAllWeekto
selectthesamestarttimeforeveryday.
TheAuxiliaryheaterisalsooperatedtowarm
theengineandaidstartinginverycold
conditions.

TouchtheTimer1orTimer2icon.The
timerscanbetoggledbetweenonandoff
usingthepowersoftkey.
Thetimedclimatecontrolsystemmaybe
operatedbyeithertheTouchscreenorthe
remotehandset.
Touchtheupordownarrowstosetthe
starttime.Hoursandminutesareadjusted
separately.
Thesystemmaynotoperateorwillswitchoff
automaticallyinthefollowingscenarios:
TouchOK.Thescreenwilldisplaythe
activationtime.Ifrequired,setthetimefor
theothertimerusingthesameprocess.
Ifthefuellevelislow.
Ifthevehicle’sbatterychargeislow.
Ifthecoolanttemperatureisatoraboveits
requiredtemperature.
Note:Thetimeformat,12/24hourclock,is
determinedbythetimesettingscurrently
selectedintheSystemsettingsmenu.See40,
INSTRUMENTPANELMENU.
SETTINGATIMEFORTIMED
CLIMATEOPERATION
TheTouchscreencanbeusedtoeitherpreset
activationtimesortooperatethesystem
manually.
Acurrentheatingcyclewillbecancelledifthe
engineisstarted.Anyprogrammedheating
cyclemaybecancelledbytouchingthe
relevantpowersoftkeyonthetimersetup
menuorthePowersoftkeyontheTimed
Climateinformationhomemenu.
Whenthesystemisoperating,theLEDinthe
climatecontrolAUTObuttonwillflash.
Note:Thesystemwillceaseoperationifthe
engineisstarted
