REPLACINGTHEREMOTE
BATTERIES
PressandholdtheONbuttonfor
approximately2seconds.TheLEDwill
illuminatetoconfirmthatanautomaticheating
programmehasbeeninitiated.TheLEDflashes
onceevery2secondstoindicatethattheheater
isactive.
Theheatingprogrammewillcontinuefor20-30
minutes,whenitwillswitchoffautomaticallyto
preventthevehicle'sbatteryfromdischarging.
Italsoturnsoffautomaticallyiftheengineis
started.
Withthebackoftheremotecontrolfacing
upwards,useacoinorasimilarimplementto
rotatethebatterycover.Liftthecoveroffto
revealthebatterycompartment.Removethe
oldbatteryand,makingsurethecorrect
polarityismaintained,insertareplacement3.3
volt,CR1/3Nbattery.Replacethecoverand
rotateittolock.
TheLEDindicatorsignalsvariousstatesand
conditionsfortheheaterasfollows:
Illuminatesredfor2secondswhenthe
OFFbuttonispressed,toindicatethatthe
programmehasstopped.
Flashesgreenorredfor2secondsthen
stopswhentheONorOFFbuttonsare
pressed,toindicatethatnoactionhasbeen
taken.
Note:Avoidtouchingthenewbattery.
Moisture/oilfromfingerscanreducebattery
lifeandcorrodethecontacts.
Illuminatesorangefor2secondsbefore
showinggreenorred,toindicatethatthe
remotebatteryislow.
Flashesorangefor5secondstoindicate
thatnoactionhasbeentakenandthe
remotebatteryshouldbereplaced.
