TILT STEERING COLUMN
WARN ING!
To  tilt the   column,  push   down  on  the  lever   und er the
multi-function   control   lever  and  move  the  wheel  up  or
down,  as desired . Pull  the lever  back upward  s to lock the
column  firm ly in  place.
Tiltin g  the   steerin  g  colu mn   while   the   veh icle   is
movin g  is dangerou  s.  With out  a stab le  steerin g  col-
umn,  you  could  lose  control   of the  veh icle and  have
an  accid ent.  Adjust   the  colu mn  only   while   the  ve-
hicle  is stop ped.  Be  sure  it is  lock ed before   drivin g.
