The swing gate can be unlocked using the rem ote keyless
entry, or by activating the power door lock switches
located on the front doors.
NOTE: Close flip-up wind ow before swing gate (hard
top models only).

To open the swing gate, press the button on the gate
hand le.
Do not press on rear wiper blad e when closin g swing
gate, as damage to the blad e will resu lt.
WARN ING!
Drivin g with the flip -up window open can allow
poison ous exhaust gases into you r veh icle. You and
you r passen gers could be injured by these fumes.
Keep the flip -up window closed when you are oper-
atin g the veh icle.
