INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (IAT
SENSOR)
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TP SENSOR)
Service repair no - 19.22.49
Remove
Service repair no - 18.30.09
Remove
1.
Disconnect multiplug from TP sensor.

2.
Disconnect multiplug from IAT sensor.
Remove IAT sensor from air cleaner.
2.  Remove 2 Torx screws securing TP sensor.
Collect clamp plate.
3.
Remove TP sensor.
Refit
Refit

5.
Clean sensor and mating face.
Fit IAT sensor.  Tighten to 8 Nm.
Connect multiplug.
4.  Clean mating faces.
5.  Fit TP sensor. Ensure drive engages correctly
with throttle spindle.
6.
Position clamp plate. Secure TP sensor with
Torx screws.  Tighten to 2 Nm.
Connect multiplug.
