Yourtransmissionisequippedwithanadaptivelearningstrategyfoundin
thevehiclecomputer.Thisfeatureisdesignedtoincreasedurabilityand
provideconsistentshiftfeeloverthelifeofthevehicle.Anewvehicleor
transmissionmayhavefirmand/orsoftshifts.Thisoperationis
considerednormalandwillnotaffectfunctionordurabilityofthe
transmission.Overtime,theadaptivelearningprocesswillfullyupdate
transmissionoperation.Additionally,wheneverthebatteryis
disconnectedoranewbatteryinstalled,thestrategymustberelearned.

Yourvehiclehasbeendesignedtoimprovefueleconomybyreducing
fuelusagewhilecoastingordecelerating.Whenyoutakeyourfootoff
theacceleratorpedalandthevehiclebeginstoslowdown,thetorque
converterclutchlocksupandaggressivelyshutsofffuelflowtothe
enginewhiledecelerating.Thisfueleconomybenefitmaybeperceived
asalighttomediumbrakingsensationwhenremovingyourfootfrom
theacceleratorpedal.
