Unplugthehoses,re-installthevalvecaponthetireandreturnthe
kittothestowagearea.
WARNING:Thepowerplugmaygethotafteruseandshould
behandledcarefullywhileunplugging.
What to do after the tire has been sealed
Afterusingthetemporarymobilitykittosealyourtire,youwillneedto
replacethesealantcanisterandcleartube(hose).Sealingcompound
andsparepartscanbeobtainedandreplacedatanauthorizedFord
MotorCompanydealershiportiredealer.Emptysealantbottlesmaybe
disposedofathome;however,liquidresiduefromthesealingcompound
shouldbedisposedbyyourlocalFordMotorCompanydealershiportire
dealer,orinaccordancewithlocalwastedisposalregulations.
Note:Afterthesealingcompoundhasbeenused,themaximumvehicle
speedis50mph(80km/h)andthemaximumdrivingdistanceis
120
miles(200km).Thesealedtireshouldbeinspectedimmediately.
Note:Aftersealantuse,theTPMSsensorandvalvestemonthewheel
mustbereplacedbyanauthorizedForddealer.
Youcancheckthetirepressureanytimewithinthe120miles(200km)
byperformingtheprocedurefromSecondstage:Checkingtire
pressurelistedpreviously.
