detectthatitisnolongerblocked.
Note:ThevehiclemustbeinD
(Drive)andafewvehiclesmust
passsothattheBLIS௡cancleara
blockedstate.
Heavyrainfallorheavysnowfallis     Noactionrequiredbythedriver.
interferingwiththeradarsignals
Thesystemwillautomaticallyreset
toanunblockedstateoncethe
rainfall/snowfallratedecreasesor
stops.DonotuseBLIS௡and/or
CTAinheavyrainfallorheavy
snowfall.
Duetothenatureofradartechnology,itispossibletogetablockage
warningandnotbeblocked.Thisisrareandknownasafalseblockage
warning.Afalseblockedconditionwilleitherselfclearorclearaftera
keycycle.
Trailertowfalsealerts
Whentowingatrailer,thesensorsmaydetectthetrailerthuscausinga
falsealert.ItmaybedesirabletoturntheBLIS௡offifthefalsealerts
becomeannoying.
Dayandnightbrightness
TheBLIS௡and/orCTAalertwillautomaticallydimwhentheheadlamp
switchisinPARK,ON,orAUTOONandnighttimedarknesshasbeen
detectedbythesunsensor.
