Bulb replacement
Headlightbulb
Disconnectthemulti-plug(5)andremovethe
rubbercover.Unhookthespringclipand
withdrawthebulb.
Replacethebulb(thelargerofthethreetabs
uppermost)andsecurethespringclip.
Replacetherubbercover,pressingthecentre
firmlytosealaroundtheelectricalcontactsof
thebulb,thenrefitthemulti-plug.
NOTE: Do not touch the bulb glass with your
fingers. If necessary, clean the bulb with
methylated spirits.
WARNING
ALWAYS fit headlight bulbs and light units
with the same Watt value as the original
specification (see ’Replacement  bulbs’).
Fitting a higher rated bulb may result in
damage to the ’dim-dip’ system.
