differentcountriesandonlyclean,good
qualityfuelshouldbeused.Itisimportant
thatthesulphurcontentofdieselfueldoes
notexceed1%;inEuropeallsuppliesshould
bewithinthislimit,butinotherpartsofthe
world,youshouldcheckwithyoursupplier.

V8engines:
Use91-93leadedorunleadedfuelwherever
possible.
Ensurethefuelfilterelementischangedand
thefuelsedimenterdrained,atthe

TheRONvalue(octanerating)ofpetroleum
commonlyavailableatgarageforecourtswill
varyindifferentcountries.TheRONvalue
quotedistheMINIMUMrequirementand
whilstthiscanbesafelyexceeded,no

maintainingasteadyspeedonlevelroads,
contactyourdealerforadvice.
WARNING
On both petrol and diesel engine vehicles, if
the fuel tank is accidentally filled with the
wrong fuel, it is ESSENTIALthat you contact
your dealer BEFOREattempting to start the
engine!
NOTE: An occasional, light, engine knock
while accelerating or climbing hills is
acceptable.
