Reassem ble the transm itter case. Snap the halves

the light comes on but does not flash, the system is still
arm ed, but there is a problem in the tru nk circuit. After 15
second s the light will continu e to flash slow ly. This
show s that the system is fully arm ed.
VEHICLE THEFT ALARM
The system monitors the doors, tru nk, and ignition for
unau thorized operation.
To disa rm the syst em:
If som ething triggers the alarm , the system will signal for
up to 18 minu tes. For the first three minu tes the horn will
sou nd and the head lights and interior lights will flash.
Then the horn will stop and if the sou rce of the trigger is
still present, the lights will continu e to flash for another

Tamper Alert
If the horn sou nd s 3 times when you unlock a front door
using either a key or the Keyless Entry Transm itter, the
alarm had been triggered . Check the vehicle for tam per-
