We appreciate that you have made a major investm ent
when you purchased you r new vehicle. Your dealer has
also made a major investm ent in facilities, tools, and
training to assu re that you are absolu tely delighted with
you r ownership experience. You’ll be pleased with their
sincere efforts to resolve any warranty issu es or related
concerns.
You may have purchased a service contract for you r
vehicle to help protect you from the high cost of unex-
pected rep airs after you r manu factu rer’s new vehicle
limited warranty expires. The manu factu rer stand s be-
hind only the manu factu rer’s Service Contracts. If you
purchased a manu factu rer’s Service Contract, you will
receive Plan Provisions and an Owner Identification Card
in the mail within three weeks of you r vehicle delivery
date. If you have any questions abou t you r service
contract, call the manu factu rer’s Service Contract Na-

for inform ation on warranty coverage and transfer of
warranty.
The manu factu rer will not stand behind any service
contract that is not the manu factu rer’s Service Contract. It
is not resp onsible for any service contract other than the
manu factu rer’s Service Contract. If you purchased a
service contract that is not a manu factu rer’s Service
Contract, and you requ ire service after you r manu factu r-
er’s new vehicle limited warranty expires, please refer to
you r contract documents, and contact the person listed in
those documents.
