The ind icator light in the Universal Transceiver will

second s the ind icator light does not flash rap idly or goes
out, retu rn to step 1 and rep eat the proced ure. To train the
other buttons, rep eat step s 3 and 4. Be sure to keep you r
hand held transm itters in case you need to retrain the
Universal Transceiver.

To train a garage door opener (or other rolling code
equ ipped devices) with the rolling code featu re, follow
these instru ctions after completing the Program ming
portion of this text:
“Rolling Code” Programming
NOTE: If you r hand held transm itter appears to pro-
gram the Universal Transceiver, but you r garage door or
other device does not operate, and you r device was
manu factu red after 1996, you r garage door opener or
other device may have a “Rolling Cod e” system .
NOTE: The assistance of a second person may make the
follow ing program ming proced ure quicker and easier.
