UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
Mini-Trip Computer
This displays inform ation on the follow ing:
• Step Button
Push this button to cycle throu gh all the Com pass/ Mini-
trip Com puter displays.
•
Average Fuel Economy (ECO AVG)
Show s the average fuel econom y since the last reset.
• US/M Button
Press this button to convert the display from U.S. to
metric.
•
Dist ance To Empt y (DTE)
Show s the estim ated distance that can be travelled with
the fuel rem aining in the tank. This estim ated distance is
determ ined using the MPG for the last few minu tes.
To Reset The Disp lay
Pressing the Reset button once will clear the resettable
function currently being displayed . Resettable functions
are average fuel econom y, trip odometer and elap sed
time. Pressing the reset button twice within four second s
will clear all resettable functions. Reset will only occur if
a resettable function is currently being displayed .

Trip Odomet er (ODO)
Show s the distance travelled since the last reset.
•
Elapsed Time (ET)
Show s the accumulated ignition ON time since the last
reset.
•
Off Mode
Show s a blank display.
