system.
Ifthevehiclewillnotchange
ImmobilizerOperation
ignition modes(ACC/ACCESSORY,
ON/RUN/START,OFF),andthe
keylessentrytransmitter appearsto
beundamaged, tryanotherkeyless
entrytransmitter.Or,youmaytry
placingthetransmitter inthe
transmitter pocketlocatedinthe

Thisvehiclehasapassive
theft-deterrent system.
Thesystemhasoneormore
keylessentrytransmitters thatare
matchedtoanimmobilizer control
unitinyourvehicle. Onlyacorrectly
matchedkeylessentrytransmitter
willstartthevehicle. Ifthekeyless
entrytransmitter iseverdamaged,
youmaynotbeabletostartyour
vehicle.
Thesystemdoesnothavetobe
manually armedordisarmed.
Thevehicleisautomatically
immobilized whenthevehicleis
turnedoff.
Theimmobilization systemis
disarmed whenthepushbutton
startisactivated toenterthe
ACC/ACCESSORY modeorthe
ON/RUN/STARTmodeandavalid
transmitter ispresentinthevehicle.
