speedometer andhasfourbarsto
providedistance andsystem
information.
Whenanobjectisdetected,   highor
low‐tonebeepsareheard.Asthe
vehiclegetsclosertoanobject,the
timebetweenthebeepsbecomes
shorter.Whenthedistance  isless
than30cm(11.8in),beepingis
continuous. Thedistance maybe
lessduringwarmerorhumid
weather.
Thefollowing describes howtheUFRPAfrontdisplaylightsappearasthe
vehiclegetsclosertoadetected   object:
PARKASSISTOFFdisplays  onthe
DriverInformation Center(DIC)to
indicate thatUFRPAisoff.The
messagedisappears afterashort
periodoftime.
