Pullthewindshield  wiper
assembly awayfromthe
windshield.
Therearwiperbladeandwiperarm
haveacoverforprotection.   The
covermustberemovedbeforethe
wiperbladecanbereplaced.
Itisagoodideatocleanorreplace
thewiperbladeassembly  ona
regularbasisorwhenworn.For
properwindshield wiperblade
lengthandtype,seeMaintenance
Replacement Partsonpage10‑8.
Toremovethecover:
Notice: Allowing thewiperblade
armtotouchthewindshield   when
nowiperbladeisinstalled   could
damagethewindshield.  Any
damagethatoccurswouldnotbe
coveredbyyourwarranty.Donot
allowthewiperbladearmto
touchthewindshield.

Pressthebuttoninthemiddleof
thewiperarmconnector,and
pullthewiperbladeawayfrom
thearmconnector.
1. Slideaplastictoolunder
coverandpushupwardto
unsnap.
