neck.Thelapbeltshouldfit
snuglybelowthehips,just
touching thetopofthethighs.
Thisappliesbeltforcetothe
child'spelvicbonesinacrash.
Itshouldneverbewornoverthe
abdomen, whichcouldcause
severeorevenfatalinternal
injuries inacrash.
Neverdothis.
According toaccident statistics,
children andinfantsaresaferwhen
properly restrained inachild
restraint systemorinfantrestraint
systemsecuredinarearseating
position.
Neverallowtwochildren  towear
thesamesafetybelt.Thesafety
beltcannotproperly  spreadthe

together andseriously injured.
