Operation Instructions - CD Mode
SEEKButton(CDMode)
Press the right side of the SEEK button for the next track
on the CD. Press the left side of the button to retu rn to the
beginning of the current track, or retu rn to the beginning
of the previou s track if the CD is within the first 10
second s of the current selection.
NOTE: The ignition switch must be in the ON or ACC
position to operate the rad io.
InsertingTheCompactDisc(SingleCDPlayer)
Gently insert one CD into the CD player with the CD
label facing up. The CD will autom atically be pulled into
the CD Player and the CD icon will illuminate on the
rad io display.
MUTEButton(CDMode)
Press the MUTE button to cancel the sou nd from the
speakers. ЉMUTEЉ will be displayed . Press the MUTE
button a second time and the sou nd from the speakers
will retu rn. Rotating the volu me control or turning OFF
the ignition will also retu rn the sou nd from the speakers.
If the volu me control is ON, the unit will switch to CD
mode and begin to play. The display will show the track
nu mber and play time in minu tes and second s. Play will
begin at the start of track one.
SCANButton(CDMode)
NOTE:
Press this button to play the first 10 second s of each track.
To stop the scan function, press the button a second time.

On som e vehicles you may insert or eject a disc with
the rad io or ignition switch OFF.
EJECTButton(CDMode)
•
If you insert a disc with the ignition ON and the rad io
OFF, the CD will autom atically be pulled into the CD
Player.
Press this button and the disc will unload and
move to the entrance for easy rem oval. The
unit will switch to the last selected mode.
•
This rad io does not play discs with MP3 tracks.
If you do not rem ove the disc within 15 second s, it will be
reload ed. The rad io mode will continu e to appear.
