buffeting occurs with the sunroof open, then adjust the
sunroof opening to minim ize the buffeting.
Any time the vehicle battery is disconnected or goes dead
the auto-u p function will be disabled . To reactivate the
auto-u p featu re perform the follow ing step s after vehicle
power is restored :

The tru nk lid can be released from insid e the vehicle by
pressing the Trunk Release Button located on the instru -
ment panel to the left of the steering wheel.

Pull the wind ow switch up to close wind ow com-
pletely and continu e to hold the switch up for an
additional two second s after the wind ow is closed .
NOTE:
The transm ission must be in Park before the
switch will operate.

Push the wind ow switch down firm ly to the second
detent to open the wind ow completely and continu e to
hold the switch down for an additional two second s after
the wind ow is fully open.
WindBuffeting
Wind buffeting can be described as the percep tion of
pressu re on the ears or a helicop ter typ e sou nd in the
ears. Your vehicle may exhibit wind buffeting with the
wind ows down, or the sunroof (if equ ipped) in certain
open or partially open positions. This is a norm al occur-
rence and can be minim ized . If the buffeting occurs with
the rear wind ows open, then open the front and rear
wind ows together to minim ize the buffeting. If the
