AF LOC (Alternative Frequencies and Local
Frequencies) Button
Pressing the AF LOC button will toggle the rad io display
as follow s: LOC ON »» AF OFF »» LOC OFF. The rad io
display will ind icate when the LOC and AF are activated .
AF will autom atically tune to another frequ ency of the
sam e national program when the signal quality of the
currently tuned frequ ency becom es poor.
Sport
LOC limits AF to only tune to another station within the
sam e region code to ensu re the program rem ains local.

Operating Instructions - Tape Mode
Insert the cassette with the exposed tap e side tow ard the
right and the mechanical action of the player will gently
pull the cassette into the play position.
Weather
By pressing the SEEK button when the PTY icon is
displayed , the rad io will be tuned to the next frequ ency
station with the sam e selected PTY nam e. The PTY
function only operates when in the FM mode.
