be exercised when fillin g or work ing arou nd the
wash er solu tion .
Win dshield Wash er Aim ing
To change the aim of the wind shield washers, place a
safety pin into the nozzle opening and move the nozzle
slightly. Continu e making slight adjustm ents until you
obtain the desired pattern.
The fluid reservoir in the engine compartm ent shou ld be
checked for fluid level at regu lar intervals. Fill the
reservoir with wind shield antifreeze (not rad iator anti-
freeze) rated not to freeze at -25°F (-31°C). Operate the
system for a few second s to flush out the resid ual water.
Exhaust System
The best protection against carbon monoxid e entry into
the vehicle bod y is a prop erly maintained engine exhau st
system .
