TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE HOOD
To open hood , first release both hood latches.

To close the hood , rem ove the support rod from the
rad iator support and place it in the retaining clip. Lower
the hood slow ly, then let it drop the last few inches.
Secure both of the hood latches.
Next, locate hand le in middle of the front end of the
hood . Insert hand into gap betw een hood and rad iator
support and lift up on hand le to raise hood . You may
have to push down slightly on hood before lifting up on
hand le. Insert the support rod into the slot in the rad iator
support.
