Do not use a tire, wheel size or ratin g other than that
specified for your vehicle. Some combination s of
unapproved tires and wheels may change suspen-
sion dimensions and perform ance characteristics,
resultin g in changes to steerin g, handling, and brak-
ing of your vehicle. This can cause unpredictable
handling and stress to steerin g and suspension com-
ponents. You could lose control and have an accident
resultin g in seriou s injury or death. Use only the tire
and wheel sizes with load ratin gs approved for your
vehicle.
Rep lacin g origin al tires with tires of a differen t size
may resu lt in false speed ometer and odometer read -
ings. Check with you r dealer before rep lacin g tires
with a differen t size.
Alignment And Balance
Tire suspension components of you r vehicle shou ld be 5
insp ected and aligned when need ed, to obtain maxim um
tire tread life.
Poor suspension alignm ent may resu lt in:
