WHAT TO DO IN EMERGENCIES
•
Get everyone out of the vehicle before you jack it up.
If the jack shou ld fall, som eone in the vehicle could be
hu rt.
•
Block tire diagonally oppo-
site tire to be changed to pre-
vent forw ard and backw ard
vehicle movem ent.
4.
Place the jack und er the axle tube, as show n.
Operate jack from the front or the rear of the vehicle.
Instru ction s
1.
Remove spare tire, jack and tools from stored location.
2.
Before raising vehicle, loosen lug nu ts on wheel with
flat tire.
3.
Assem ble the jack and jacking tools as show n. Connect
jack hand le driver (1) to extension (2) then to lug wrench
(3).
