UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
Annoying head light glare can be red uced by moving the
small control und er the mirror to the night position
(tow ard rear of vehicle). The mirror shou ld be adjusted
while set in the day position (tow ard wind shield ).
Outside Mirror—Driver’s Side
Adjust the outsid e mirror to center on the adjacent lane of
traffic, with a slight overlap of the view obtained on the
insid e mirror.
Outside Mirror—Passenger’s Side
Adjust the convex outsid e mirror so you can just see the
side of you r vehicle in the part of the mirror closest to the
vehicle.
WARN ING!
Vehicles and oth er objects seen in the passen ger sid e
convex mirror will look smaller and farth er away
than they really are. Relyin g too much on you r
passen ger sid e mirror could cause you to collid e with
anoth er veh icle or oth er object. Use you r insid e
mirror when judgin g the size or distan ce of a veh icle
seen in this convex mirror.
