Head lam ps On With Wip ers (Availab le with Auto
Head ligh ts Only)
When ON is selected and the head light switch is in the
AUTO position, the head lights will turn on approxi-
mately 10 second s after the wipers are turned on. The
head lights will also turn off when the wipers are turned
off if they were turned on by this featu re. Press and hold
the EVIC button when in this display until ON or OFF
appears to make you r selection.
Turn Head lam ps on with Rem ote Key Unlock
When this featu re is selected the head lamps will activate
and rem ain on for up to 90 second s when the doors are
unlocked using the rem ote keyless entry transm itter.
Press and hold the EVIC button when in this display until
“OFF”, “30 sec.”, “60 sec.”, or “90 sec.” appears to make
you r selection.
NOTE: Turning the head lights on during the daytim e
causes the instru ment panel lights to dim. To increase the
brightness, refer to “Lights” in this section.
Con firm ation of Voice Com mands — If Equipped
When ON is selected all voice command s from the
U-Connect™ system are confirm ed. Press and hold the
EVIC button when in this display until ON or OFF
appears to make you r selection.
Delay Pow er Off to Accessories Until Exit
When this featu re is selected , the power wind ow
switches, rad io, hand s–free system , DVD vid eo system ,
