dure.
TO LOCK THE DOORS:
Press and release the LOCK button on the transm itter to
lock all doors. The turn signal lights will flash and the
horn will chirp once to acknow ledge the lock signal. If
desired , the “Sound Horn On Lock” and “Flash Lamps
With Lock” featu re can be turned on or off. On electronic
vehicle inform ation center (EVIC) equ ipped vehicles re-
fer to “Personal Settings” in the “Electronic Vehicle
Inform ation Center (EVIC)” section of this manu al. On
non EVIC – equ ipped vehicles perform the follow ing
step s:
TO UNLATCH THE DECK LID:
Press the “Rear Release” button twice to unlatch the deck
lid.
PANIC ALARM
The panic mode flashes the park lights, and sou nd s the
horn for abou t three minu tes or until the alarm is turned
off.
Usin g The Pan ic Alarm :
To turn the panic alarm featu re ON or OFF, press and
hold the PANIC button on the transm itter for at least one
second and release. When the panic alarm is on, the
head lights and park lights will flash, the horn will pulse
on and off and the interior lights will turn on.

Press the LOCK button for four to ten second s.
2.
While the LOCK button is pressed (after four second s),
press the PANIC button. Release both buttons.
