TO UNLOCK THE DOORS:
The system can be program med to unlock all the doors
upon the first UNLOCK button press by using the
follow ing proced ure:
Press and release the UNLOCK button on the keyfob
once to unlock only the driver’s door or twice to unlock
all the doors and liftgate. When the UNLOCK button is
pressed , the illuminated entry will initiate, and the
parking lights will flash on twice. The time for this
featu re is program mable on vehicles equ ipped with the
Electronic Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC). Refer to
“Turn Head lamps on with Remote Key Unlock” und er
“Personal Settings” in the Electronic Vehicle Inform ation
Center (EVIC) section of this manu al for details.

Press and hold the LOCK button on a program med
keyfob.
2. Continu e to hold the LOCK button at least four
second s, but not longer than ten second s, then press and
hold the UNLOCK button. A single chim e will sou nd to
ind icate that this featu re has changed .

Release both buttons at the sam e time.
NOTE: The system can also be program med to unlock
all doors on the first press of the UNLOCK button. On
electronic vehicle inform ation center (EVIC) equ ipped
vehicles refer to “Rem ote Unlock Driver’s Door 1st”
und er “Personal Settings” in the EVIC section of this
manu al. On non EVIC – equ ipped vehicles perform the
follow ing step s:

pressing the LOCK/ UNLOCK button on the keyfob.
Test the featu re while outsid e of the vehicle, by
NOTE: Pressing the LOCK button on the keyfob while
you are insid e the vehicle will activate the Security
Alarm . Opening a door with the Security Alarm activated
will cause the alarm to sou nd . Press the UNLOCK button
to deactivate the Security Alarm .
