Alw ays wait for the beep before speaking.

Press and hold the ‘Voice Recognition’ button for 5
second s until the session begins, or
Speak norm ally, withou t pausing, just as you would
speak to a person sitting approxim ately eight (8) feet
away from you .
Press the ‘Voice Recognition’ button and say ЉSetup,
Voice TrainingЉ command .

Make sure that no one other than you is speaking
during a voice recognition period .
Repeat the word s and phrases when prom pted by the
UConnect System . For best resu lts, the Voice Training
session shou ld be completed when the vehicle is parked ,
engine running, all wind ows closed , and the blow er fan
switched off.

This proced ure may be rep eated with a new user. The
system will adapt to the last trained voice only.

To restore the Voice recognition system to factory defau lt
settings, enter the Voice Training session via the above
