While the UNLOCK button is pressed , (after four

Vehicles will be ship ped from the assem bly plants with
two keyfob transm itters program med only for that ve-
hicle. A total of eight fobs can be program med for you r 2
vehicle. Additional fobs can be program med to you r
vehicle throu gh the use of a currently program med fob.

Test the flash lamps with LOCK featu re while outsid e
of the vehicle, by pressing the LOCK button on the
keyfob with the ignition in the LOCK position, and the
key rem oved .
NOTE: When entering program mode using that fob, all
other program med fobs will be erased and you will have
to rep rogram them for you r vehicle.
NOTE: Pressing the LOCK button on the keyfob, while
you are in the vehicle, will activate the Security Alarm .
Opening a door with the Security Alarm activated will
cause the alarm to sou nd . Press the UNLOCK button to
deactivate the Security Alarm .
Use the Follow ing proced ure to program additional key
fobs if the vehicle is not equ ipped with Sentry Key:
The “Flash Lights On Lock/ Unlock” featu re can be
reactivated by rep eating this proced ure.
1. Enter you r vehicle and close all doors.

Fasten you r seat belt (Fastening the seatbelt will cancel
any chim ing that may confu se you during this program -
ming proced ure).
3.
Place the key into the ignition.
