Use this control to regu late the
tem peratu re of the air insid e the
passenger compartm ent. The blue
area of the scale ind icates cooler
tem peratu res while the red area
ind icates warm er tem peratu res.
If the Defroster is not work ing the windshield and
windows may becom e fogged and you r visib ility will
be greatly diminish ed. See you r authorized dealer as
soon as possib le. the windshield and windows may

NOTE: If you r air cond itioning perform ance seem s
lower than expected , check the front of the A/ C con-
denser: located in front of the rad iator, for an accumula-
tion of dirt or insects. Clean with a gentle water spray
from behind the rad iator and throu gh the cond enser.
Fabric front fascia protectors may red uce air flow to the
cond enser, red ucing air cond itioning perform ance.
Air Outlets
The airflow from each of the instru ment panel outlets can
be adjusted for direction and turned on or off to control
air flow.
NOTE: For maxim um airflow to the rear seat passen-
gers, the center instru ment panel outlets can be aimed, so
that the left center outlet is directed tow ard the right rear
passenger and the right center outlet is directed tow ard
the left rear passenger.
