Vehicle Informa tion Cent er (EVIC) Displa y — If
Equipped
On vehicles equ ipped with Electronic Vehicle Inform a-
tion Center (EVIC), when the approp riate cond itions
exist, this display show s the EVIC messages. Refer to
“Electronic Vehicle Inform ation Center” later in this
section.
Compa ss Mini-Trip Comput er (CMTC) or Electronic
COMPASS MINI TRIP COMPUTER (CMTC) — IF
EQUIPPED
NOTE: The compass on you r vehicle is self-calibrating,
eliminating the need to manu ally calibrate the compass.
The Com pass Mini Trip Com puter featu res a driver-
interactive display (displays inform ation on outsid e tem -
peratu re, compass direction, and trip inform ation). The 4
display is located on the lower left part of the cluster
below the fuel and engine tem peratu re gau ge.
On vehicles equ ipped with Com pass Mini Trip Com puter
(CMTC) the display provid es the outsid e tem peratu re,
one of eight compass head ings to ind icate the direction
the vehicle is facing and the current rad io station. Refer to
“Com pass Mini Trip Com puter” later in this section.

Press the left compass/ tem peratu re reset button to scroll
throu gh sub menu s (i.e. Trip Functions: AVG. Fuel
Econom y, DTE, Elapsed Time, and Units (U.S. or Metric).
