Vehicles equ ipped  with   four speed   autom atic transaxles
may  experience  a downshift   to third  gear  while climbing
uphill  or  descend ing  downhill.   This  downshift   to  third
gear  is necessary  to  maintain   vehicle  set speed .
On  steep hills  a greater   speed  loss or  gain  may  occur so
it may  be  preferable  to  drive  withou t speed   control.

GARAGE DOOR OPENER — IF  EQUIPPED
HomeLink௡   rep laces up  to three  rem ote controls   (hand -
held  transm  itters)  that  operate   devices   such  as  garage
door  openers,  motorized  gates,  lighting,  or hom e security
system s. The HomeLink௡   unit operates   off you r vehicle’s
battery.

NOTE:    HomeLink௡  is  disabled  when  the  Vehicle Secu-
rity  Alarm  is active.
The HomeLink௡   buttons  that  are located  in the  head liner
or  sun  visor   designate   the  three   different   HomeLink௡
channels.
