OnlyRKEtransmitters  programmed tothisvehiclewill
work.Ifatransmitter  islostorstolen,areplacement
canbepurchased  andprogrammed throughyour
dealer/retailer. Whenthereplacement transmitter is
programmed tothisvehicle, allremaining transmitters
mustalsobereprogrammed.  Anylostorstolen
transmitters willnolongerworkoncethenew
transmitter isprogrammed. Eachvehiclecanhave
uptoeighttransmitters  programmed toit.See“Relearn
RemoteKey”underDICOperation   andDisplays on
page 4‑40 forinstructions onhowtomatchRKE
transmitters toyourvehicle.
BatteryReplacement
Toreplacethebattery:
ReplacethebatteryiftheREPLACEBATTERY
INREMOTEKEYmessagedisplays   intheDIC.
See“REPLACEBATTERYINREMOTEKEY”under
DICWarningsandMessages  on page 4‑48 for
additional information.
1. Separate thetransmitter withaflat,thinobject
inserted intothenotch,locatedabovethe
metalbase.

Removetheoldbattery.Donotuseametalobject.
Insertthenewbattery,positive   sidefacingup.
ReplacewithaCR2032orequivalent   battery.
Notice: Whenreplacing thebattery,donottouch
anyofthecircuitry  onthetransmitter.Staticfrom
yourbodycoulddamagethetransmitter.
