GMhelpstominimize yourinconvenience byproviding
severaltransportation options. Depending onthe
circumstances, yourdealercanofferyouoneofthe
following:
Yourdealermayarrangetoprovideyouwithacourtesy
rentalvehicleorreimburse youforarentalvehiclethat
youobtainifyourvehicleiskeptforawarrantyrepair.
Ifyouobtainarentalvehicleonyourown,pleasesee
yourdealerforthemaximumnumberofdaysallowed
andtheallowance perrentalday.Rentalreimbursement
mustbesupported byoriginal receipts. Thisrequires
thatyousignandcomplete arentalagreement and
meetstate,local,andrentalvehicleprovider
requirements. Requirements varyandmayinclude
minimumagerequirements, insurance coverage, credit
card,etc.Youareresponsible forfuelusagecharges
andmayalsoberesponsible fortaxes,levies,usage
fees,excessive mileage, orrentalusagebeyondthe
completion oftherepair.
ShuttleService
Participating dealerscanprovideshuttleservicetoget
youtoyourdestination withminimalinterruption ofyour
dailyschedule. Thisincludes one-wayorroundtrip
shuttleservicetoadestination upto10miles(16km)
fromthedealership.
PublicTransportationorFuel
Reimbursement
Itmaynotbepossibletoprovidealike-vehicle asa
courtesy rental.
Ifyourvehiclerequires warrantyrepairs, andpublic
transportation isusedinsteadofthedealer's shuttle
service, theexpensemustbesupported byoriginal
receipts andcanonlybeuptothemaximumamount
allowedbyGMforshuttleservice. Inaddition, for
U.S.customers, shouldyouarrangetransportation
throughafriendorrelative, limitedreimbursement for
reasonable fuelexpenses maybeavailable. Claim
amountsshouldreflectactualcostsandbesupported
byoriginal receipts. Seeyourdealerforinformation
regarding theallowance amountsforreimbursement of
fuelorothertransportation costs.

Allprogramoptions,suchasshuttleservice, maynotbe
available ateverydealer.Pleasecontactyourdealerfor
specific information aboutavailability.AllCourtesy
Transportation arrangements willbeadministered by
