Ifadoorisopen,areminder    chimesoundswhenthe
headlamps orparkinglampsaremanually  turnedon
andthekeyisoutoftheignition.    Toturnoffthechime,
turntheheadlampswitchtoofforAUTOandthenback
on,orcloseandre-openthedoor.IntheAUTOmode,
theheadlamps turnoffoncetheignition   isinLOCK/OFF
orremainsonuntiltheheadlamp   delayends(ifenabled
intheDIC).SeeExitLighting    underDICVehicle

DaytimeRunningLamps(DRL)
DaytimeRunningLamps(DRL)canmakeiteasierfor
otherstoseethefrontofyourvehicleduringtheday.
Fullyfunctional daytimerunninglampsarerequired   on
allvehicles firstsoldinCanada.
Cleanthelightsensorwindow,periodically,usingglass
cleaneronasoftcloth.Gentlywipethesensorwindow.
Donotsprayglasscleanerdirectly   onthesurfaceofthe
sensorwindow.
TheDRLsystemcomesonwhenthefollowing
conditions aremet:

Thelightsensordetermines  itisdaytime.
WhentheDRLsystemison,onlytheDRLlampsare
