capacity weightandincludes theweightofall
occupants, cargo,andallnonfactory-installed
options. Twolabelsonthevehicle showhow
muchweightitwasdesigned tocarry,the
TireandLoading Information labelandthe
Certification/Tire label.

Donotloadthevehicleanyheavierthan
theGrossVehicleWeightRating(GVWR),
oreitherthemaximumfrontorrearGross
AxleWeightRating(GAWR).Ifyoudo,parts
onthevehicle canbreak,anditcanchange
thewaythevehicle handles. Thesecould
causeyoutolosecontrol andcrash.
Also,overloading canshortenthelife
ofthevehicle.
