pullthejackoutfromunderthespare.

Disconnect thejackhandlefromthejackand
carefully removethejack.Useonehandtopush
againstthesparewhilefirmlypullingthejackout
fromunderthesparetirewiththeotherhand.
Ifthesparetireishangingfromthecable,insert
thehoistendofextension, andwheelwrenchinto
thehoistshaftholeinthebumperandturnthe
wheelwrenchcounterclockwise tolowerthespare
therestoftheway.

Position thecenterliftpointofthejackunderthe
centerofthesparetire.
Turnthewrenchclockwise toraisethejackuntilit
liftstheendfitting.

Turnthewheelwrenchinthehoistshaftholeinthe
bumperclockwise toraisethecablebackupifthe
cableishangingunderthevehicle.
Continue raisingthejackuntilthesparetire
stopsmovingupwardandisheldfirmlyinplace.
Thesecondary latchhasreleased andthespare
tireisbalancing onthejack.
Havethehoistassembly inspected assoonasyoucan.
Youwillnotbeabletostoreaspareorflattireusingthe
hoistassembly untilithasbeeninspected and/or
replaced.

Lowerthejackbyturning thewheelwrench
counterclockwise. Keeplowering thejackuntilthe
sparetireslidesoffthejackorishangingbythe
cable.
