Thecoolingsysteminthevehicleisfilledwith
DEX-COOL®enginecoolant.Thiscoolantisdesigned
toremaininthevehicleforfiveyearsor150,000miles
(240000km),whichever  occursfirst.
Donotruntheengineifthereisaleak.Ifyou
runtheengine,itcouldloseallcoolant.    That
couldcauseanenginefire,andyoucouldbe
burned.Getanyleakfixedbeforeyoudrivethe
vehicle.
Thefollowing explains thecoolingsystemandhowto
checkandaddcoolantwhenitislow.Ifthereisa
problemwithengineoverheating,  seeEngine

Notice: UsingcoolantotherthanDEX-COOL®can
causepremature engine,heatercore,orradiator
corrosion. Inaddition, theenginecoolantcould
requirechangingsooner,at50000km(30,000miles)
or24months,whichever  occursfirst.Anyrepairs
wouldnotbecoveredbythevehiclewarranty.
