toincrease ordecrease thefanspeed
Pressing thisbuttonwhenthesystemisoffwillturnthe
systemon.
Pressing eitherarrowwhileusingautomatic operation
willplacethefaninmanualoperation. Thefansetting
willdisplayandtheAUTOlightwillturnoff.Theair
delivery willremaininautomatic operation.
N(AirDelivery ModeControl): Presstochangethe
direction oftheairflowinthevehicle. Repeatedly press
thebuttonuntilthedesiredmodeappearsonthe
display.
0(Defrost): Thismoderemovesfogorfrostfromthe
windshield morequickly.Airisdirectedtothe
windshield andsidewindowvents,withsomedirected
tothefloorvents.Inthismode,thesystem
automatically forcesoutsideairintothevehicleand
runstheairconditioning compressor unlesstheoutside
temperature isclosetofreezing. Therecirculation mode
cannotbeselected whileinthedefrostmode.
Whenthesystemisturnedoff,thedisplaygoesblank
afterdisplaying thecurrentstatusofthesystem.
Thepassenger temperature controlcannotbeactivated
whileindefrostmode.Ifthepassenger controlknobis
pressed, thepassenger temperature flashesthreetimes
andwillnotwork.Ifthepassenger controlknobis
adjusted, thedrivertemperature indicator changes.
Thepassenger temperature willnotbedisplayed.
H(Vent): Airisdirectedtotheinstrument panel
outlets.

(Bi-Level): Airisdividedbetweentheinstrument
panelandflooroutlets. Someairisdirected towardsthe
windshield andsidewindowoutlets. Coolerairis
directed totheupperventsandwarmerairtothe
floorvents.

climatecontrolsystemdisplays theprevious
temperature settings.
