DELAYDOORLOCK
EXITLIGHTING
Thisfeatureallowsyoutoselectwhetherornotthe
lockingofthevehicle's doorsandliftgate willbe
delayed. Whenlockingthedoorsandliftgate withthe
powerdoorlockswitchandadoorortheliftgate is
open,thisfeaturewilldelaylockingthedoorsand
liftgate untilfivesecondsafterthelastdoorisclosed.
Youwillhearthreechimestosignalthatthedelayed
lockingfeatureisinuse.Thekeymustbeoutofthe
ignition forthisfeaturetowork.Youcantemporarily
override delayedlockingbypressing thepowerdoor
lockswitchtwice.SeeDelayedLocking on page 3‑11
formoreinformation.
Thisfeatureallowsyoutoselecttheamountoftimeyou
wanttheexterior lampstoremainonwhenitisdark
enoughoutside.Thishappensafterthekeyisturned
fromON/RUNtoLOCK/OFF.
Pressthecustomization buttonuntilEXITLIGHTING
appearsontheDICdisplay.Presstheset/reset button
oncetoaccessthesettings forthisfeature. Thenpress
thecustomization buttontoscrollthroughthefollowing
settings:
OFF: Theexterior lampswillnotturnon.

SECONDS(default): Theexterior lampswillstayon
Pressthecustomization buttonuntilDELAYDOOR
LOCKappearsontheDICdisplay.Presstheset/reset
buttononcetoaccessthesettings forthisfeature. Then
pressthecustomization buttontoscrollthroughthe
following settings:
for30seconds.

MINUTE: Theexterior lampswillstayonfor
oneminute.
2
MINUTES: Theexterior lampswillstayonfor
twominutes.
OFF: Therewillbenodelayedlockingofthevehicle's
doors.
NOCHANGE: Nochangewillbemadetothisfeature.
Thecurrentsettingwillremain.
ON(default): Thedoorswillnotlockuntilfiveseconds
afterthelastdoorortheliftgate isclosed.
Toselectasetting, presstheset/reset buttonwhilethe
desiredsettingisdisplayed ontheDIC.
NOCHANGE: Nochangewillbemadetothisfeature.
Thecurrentsettingwillremain.
