Youhavetwominutestomatchthefirsttire/wheel
position, andfiveminutesoveralltomatchallfourtire/
wheelpositions. Ifittakeslongerthantwominutes, to
matchthefirsttireandwheel,ormorethanfiveminutes
tomatchallfourtireandwheelpositions thematching
processstopsandyouneedtostartover.
EachTPMSsensorhasauniqueidentification code.
Anytimeyourotateyourvehicle's tiresorreplaceone
ormoreoftheTPMSsensors, theidentification codes
willneedtobematchedtothenewtire/wheel position.
Thesensorsarematchedtothetire/wheel positions
inthefollowing order:driversidefronttire,passenger
sidefronttire,passenger sidereartire,anddriver
sidereartireusingaTPMSdiagnostic tool.Seeyour
dealer/retailer forservice.
TheTPMSsensormatchingprocessisoutlined below:
1. Settheparkingbrake.
2.
Turntheignition switchtoON/RUNwiththe
engineoff.
TheTPMSsensorscanalsobematchedtoeachtire/
wheelposition byincreasing ordecreasing thetire'sair
pressure. Ifincreasing thetire'sairpressure, donot
exceedthemaximuminflation pressure indicated onthe
tire'ssidewall.

PressQandKontheRemoteKeylessEntry
(RKE)transmitter atthesametimefor
approximately fiveseconds.Thehornsoundstwice
tosignalthereceiver isinrelearnmodeandTIRE
LEARNINGACTIVEmessagedisplays ontheDIC
screen.
Todecrease air-pressure outofatireyoucanusethe
pointedendofthevalvecap,apencil-style airpressure
gage,orakey.

Startwiththedriversidefronttire.
