Aboosterseat(C-D)isachildrestraint    designedto
improvethefitofthevehicle's   safetybeltsystem.
Aboosterseatcanalsohelpachildtoseeout
thewindow.
Tohelpreducethechanceofinjury,thechildrestraint
mustbesecuredinthevehicle.   Childrestraint systems
mustbesecuredinvehicleseatsbylapbeltsorthelap
beltportionofalap-shoulder   belt,orbytheLATCH
system.SeeLowerAnchorsandTethersforChildren
(LATCH)on page 2‑59 formoreinformation.  Achild
canbeendangered  inacrashifthechildrestraint   isnot
properly securedinthevehicle.
