Repeat the above step s for the second position using the
other driver’s door nu mbered button and Remote Key-
less Entry Transm itter.
5. Within 5 second s, press and release button 1 or 2 on
the driver’s door. A chim e will sou nd signaling you that
the driver memory has been set. A message will also be
displayed in the EVIC, ind icating a position has been set.
Each time the SET (S) button and a nu mbered button are
pressed , you erase the old memory and store a new one.
6. Within 5 second s, press and release the UNLOCK 3
button on the rem ote keyless entry transm itters. A chim e
will sou nd signaling you that the transm itter link has
been successfu lly disabled . A message will also be dis-
played in the EVIC, ind icating the transm itter has been
disabled .
To Disa ble A Transmit ter Link, Follow These Steps:
1.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2.
Select “Rem ote Linked To Mem ory” from the Elec-
tronic Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC), Custom er Pro-
gram mable featu res and enter “YES.”.
To disable another transm itter from memory positions 1
or 2, rep eat the above step s for each transm itter.
3.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and
rem ove the key.
NOTE: This function can be selected using the “Cu s-
tom er Program mable Featu res” in the EVIC section,
otherw ise see you r authorized dealer for assistance.
4.
Press and release the SET(S) button located on the
driver’s door. A light in the button will flash telling you
that you are in the set memory mode. You have five
second s to complete the next step .
