When lit solid : There is an AWD system fault. AWD
perform ance will be at a red uced level. Service the AWD
system soon.
Pressing the MENU button will change the displayed
program ming featu res. Pressing the STEP button will
display the available choices. Pressing the MENU button
a second time accep ts a selected choice.
When blin king: The AWD system is tem porarily dis-
abled due to overload cond ition.
When the approp riate cond itions exist, the Electronic
Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC) displays the follow ing
messages.
