Phone Call Features
Answer or Reject an Incoming Call - Call
Curren tly in Progress
The follow ing featu res can be accessed throu gh the
UConnect™ system if the featu re(s) are available on you r
cellular service plan. For exam ple, if you r cellular service
plan provid es three-w ay calling, this featu re can be
accessed throu gh the UConnect™ system . Check with
you r cellular service provid er for the featu res that you
have.
If a call is currently in progress and you have another
incom ing call, you will hear the sam e netw ork tones for
call waiting that you norm ally hear when using you r cell
phone. Press the ’Phone’ button to place the current call
on hold and answ er the incom ing call.
NOTE: The UConnect™ system compatible phones in
market tod ay do not support rejecting an incom ing call
when another call is in progress. Therefore, the user can
only either answ er an incom ing call or ignore it.
Answer or Reject an Incoming Call - No Call
Curren tly in Progress
When you receive a call on you r cellular phone, the
UConnect™ system will interru pt the vehicle audio
system , if on, and will ask if you would like to answ er the
call. To reject the call, press and hold the ’Phone’ button
until you hear a single beep ind icating that the incom ing
call was rejected .
Making a Secon d Call while Curren t Call in
Progress
To make a second call while you are currently in a call,
press the ’Voice Recognition’ button and say ЉDialЉ or
ЉCallЉ follow ed by the phone nu mber or phonebook entry
you wish to call. The first call will be on hold while the
