UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
To Activate:
When engaged , this device takes over the accelerator
operation at speed s greater than 30 mph (50 km/ h). The
speed control switches are located on the steering wheel.
Push the “ON / OFF” button once and the CRUISE ind i-
cator located near the instru ment cluster odometer will
illuminate show ing the electronic speed control system is
on. To turn the system OFF, push the “ON / OFF” button
again and the system and ind icator will turn off.
WARN ING!
Leavin g the Electron ic Speed Con trol system on
when not in use is dangerou s. You could accid ently
set the system or cause it to go faster than you want.
You could lose control and have an accid ent. Alw ays
leave the system OFF when you aren ’t usin g it.
