The pedals can be adjusted while driving.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL — IF EQUIPPED
When engaged , Electronic Speed Control takes over the
accelerator operation at speed s greater than 25 mph
The pedals cannot be adjusted when the vehicle is in
REVERSE or when the Electronic Speed Control Sys-
tem is on. The follow ing messages will be displayed
on vehicles equ ipped with the Electronic Vehicle In-
form ation System (EVIC) if the pedals are attem pted to
be adjusted when the system is locked out (“Ad just-
able Ped al Disabled — Cru ise Control Engaged ” or
“Ad justable Ped al Disabled — Vehicle In Reverse”.

CAUTIO N!
Do not place any article under the adjustab le pedals
or impede its ability to move, as it may cause damage
to the pedal controls. Ped al travel may becom e lim -
ited if movem ent is stop ped by an obstru ction in the
adjustab le pedal’s path .
